- Walnuts are perfect appetite suppressant. By eating few walnuts, you should be able to feel full; but also, it can make you eat less food during meal.

If your goal is to lose weight using herbal weight loss diet in place of pharmaceutical medicines, you should also speak with your doctor and get his opinion. Some herbal supplements can be somewhat unsafe if you use them the wrong way - so be certain that your physician know about other drugs you may be taking.
